a day for reflections.scaling the timeline

2 days just b4 flying off to USA. just as expected, i feel less inclined to get engaged throughout the day.i feel the urge to tone down..snooze is the word. basically, appreciating whats at home, what i have gone thru..a tranquil kind ofpeace i want.relac mai gan jiong kind.

browsed thru my online albums..laughed at some pics.some pics really brought back somefond memories, some i deleted immediately.haha~.well i took out a few..thought it'll be gd to just tok abt them now...and continue to immerse myself in these wonderful memories.




The men from the singapore combat engineers. This was a picture taken during D&D,early 2004..we had to come up with some performance/skid..and yep, check out the punks. haha i know we look abit beng here..but all these r really nice gentlemen.








ok thats not me. that 1 of my brothers,yujun. he's proudly holding onto our finale work, for a structural module we had to take. we were supposed to design a beam,given basic essentials, and this beam was supposed to withstand a force exterted by a machine. the winning grp would have the lightest beam, and the beam that could withstand the largest load b4 collapse. our beam is damn cute i'm telling you. it's the tiniest of them all..and yet it boasts of a radiance that outshines the others. thats why we called it xiaobai (little white). haha~ really nice memories of the times we spent drilling and sawing and cutting and sweating just to produce this little cutie.


my expression is damn kiam4 pa4(make pple wanna beat up) i know. if u're an ah beng and u're seeing this pic and u're clenching ur knuckles cos u simply wanna bash my face, i understand. but PLS don't do it.haha~ anyway this is just 1 of the last few photos i have of me in my ear stud.they've grown back though, and i'm ear studless again. a brief couple of months..for i dunno wat oso.haha~





Activities for the day:
1. ran errands with km
2. lunch,pool
3. walking through orchard on a fri feeling like a teen once again
4. dinner with parents
5. bible study with mom at new creation
6. (now) trying to muster whatever shreds of discipline i have to pack my bag pack,but to not much avail
7. going for a quick jog to perk myself up.

i'm so going to miss my family & frenz.
but yet the next chapter is so friggin exciting.a brand new world awaits..and i'm eagerly taking the plunge.
